IndusSetu Partners with SEMI and Stanford Biodesign to Promote Smart MedTech

Dr. Nandini Tandon of IndusSetu and Dr. Anurag Mairal of Stanford Biodesign co-chaired a session on Smart MedTech at Semicon India in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Ajit Manocha, President and CEO of SEMI, and Vinod Dham, “Father of the Pentium Chip”, were the co-conveners of the session. The event convened thought leaders and industry experts to drive discussions on AI-enabled healthcare solutions, advancing global innovation in medical technology.

Represented by Dr. Nandini Tandon, IndusSetu participated in the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week which took place in San Francisco, California, November 15-17, 2023. In addition to APEC’s main events, Setu joined the “APEC meets California & Silicon Valley” program, bringing together leaders from over 20 countries. The "Selma-Benares Rural Bridge" for Breast Cancer Early Detection was dedicated in honor of Robert A. Announced by Setu Co-founder Nandini Tandon at the Women Leaders event, the initiative aims to carry forward Bob's global legacy. RTI Intl. & NACD also announced a fellowship in his name.

Planning for Selma launch as part of first ever India-US rural implementation bridge for early breast cancer detection via local women frontline workers. Community implementation of this CBE, clinical breast examination program is expected to deliver survival outcomes akin to effectiveness of X-ray mammography.
